"Here is a selection of over 40 photographs, taken by the author in the course of four pilgrimages of a week each to the ""holy places"" in what is variously named Palestine and Israel, which may serve to illustrate the previously published ""Journey Through the Holy Land"" by the same author. In these photographs we move from Bethlehem to Jerusalem, then by way of the Dead Sea and Jericho up the river Jordan to the Sea of Galilee, and so to Nazareth and the Mediterranean Sea, before returning by way of Tel Aviv to Japan."
